Rent: $2,800/month for single occupancy
Club dues: $1,352/month per person

For double occupancy, an additional $1,352/month club fee applies per additional occupant. All occupants must be 55+.

RENTAL CRITERIA (for SINGLE OCCUPANCY):
1. 650+ Credit Score
2. Income of 3 times the rent of $2800 (i.e. $8,400)
3. If you don't have either 1 or 2 met, you will need a co-signer.
4. 1st Month's Rent ($2800) + Security Deposit ($2800) = $5,600 prior to move in.
5. Renter's Insurance Policy coverage prior to move in.
6. If you have an emotional support animal/assistance animal, we will need documentation.
